Tomeal feels a surge of healing fill is body healing most of his wounds!

Douse the Flames is a Standard action. So you should be able to still do a move action to get out of the way of the lightning.

Crozar says to Simon, Kubo and Tegab, "We should clear the direct blast line of the cave. Tegab, come." The plantman then moves to a spot he thinks is clear of the direct line from the cave, aims and fires its rivebow again. If Tegab follows it, Crozar will try to put itself between the monster and the dog.
