Betimi readies her crossbow and moves to the side pof the path slowly so as not to be spotted [Hide [1d20+7] = 8+7 = 15] and whispers to Jonath.
"Do you want to try and move a little closer to whatever sentry that is? I will cover you."

After wiping off the ice which is the MO of all women he has ever met, Mardak waits for an alert from either Jonath or Betimi.  He keeps himself crouched low as he pateintly waits.  "Luck be with you."  He mutters

I wonder if we still have those figurines that can be used to shrink our pack animals to handy statuettes. Luckily my companions are clever enough to overcome traps set by people reckoned as the grandmasters of trapping... And honestly I don't mind this crafty gnome volunteers in such dangerous tasks; otherwise I should send Mil to investigate. Risking his life is not on my task list.
