We have finished a round and started a new one but now it's not Eva's and Robot's turn but everyone else should react first.
[OoC: I agree. I stated that it seemed things got messed up while E10 was figuring out where to move to while at the same time you and I were figuring out how you were getting up on the bed. When we all were ready to go I added your Hop-up into the round when you had already acted.]
[OoC: I wish these games would cover how specific rules interact with each other so DM's don't have to spend so much time searching.
Because critical hits on this type of robot are kind of confusing due to it being both an object and a creature.

You all continue to hear the muffled sounds of agonized screams and feeble thumping from a tall cylindrical pod behind Eva.

E10 whirls his nunchakus around his arms then strikes out at the flying robot. The first attack smacks it across its head but seems to harmlessly deflect off it's chassis and the second misses the bot completely.
While Cyn expresses her surprise that her attacks were hitting but not harming the Bot, she loads, aims and fires again. But this time she gets lucky. The shot penetrates and blows out one of its three eyes. It's head snaps back and smoke begins pouring out the hole. The bots outer shell and the lights in the 2 eyes that are left, begin dimming and flickering. Everyone hears strange chirping and beeping noises as the thing begins to sink toward the ground. A few more chirps and suddenly its chassis completely dims but the bot's eyes light up once more as it seems to gain power from some where else, allowing it quickly rise back to its regular hovering position. It's apparent to anyone who has the Technologist feat that after the critical the bot probably had to reroute power to regain its weakening hover and flight.
Fort save DC15: [1d20]=19; Resists Stunning so it is
staggered for 1 round. For 1 round it may only take a single move or 1 standard action (1 attack instead of 2)
Both Gurkagh and Reawyn attack the bot but both miss.
[Eva's turn, then the Bot's turn and then everyone else!]

[[I updated the combat. We are still waiting on Eva.]]

[OoC: If you agree then she should be on E-3
So she does the same but instead of E-4 she moves to E-2 and fires from there (because Gurkagh has moved before her action)
http://forums.rpgaddicts.com/showthread....3#pid56103
If there was something wrong with her 30' movement action in the last round please let me know.
[2nd round (current):
- Eva rapier Fighting Defensively (standard action) # miss + hop-up (move action, 30') (An Acrobatics check is made as part of another action or as a reaction to a situation.) + Robot's AOO

[OoC: The Bot is Medium size]
Eva moves 5' back then launches two arrows. Both hit. Cyn's critical must have caused whatever energy that was reinforcing the bot's hardness to be rerouted to flight so it could remain aloft and not floundering on the ground at the party's mercy. The first arrow smashes through it's hardness [6 damage] and the chill from the second arrow made its chassis just brittle enough for the arrow to penetrate. [4 damage]
[I hope that was what you wanted.]
The Bot decides it should attack the creature responsible for blowing a hole in its eye so it turns on Cyn. It moves 5' then attacks the Gunslinger.
Slam attack: [1d20+5]=19+5=24, Damage: [1d4+3]=1+3=4; HIT!!
Slam attack: [1d20+5]=4+5=9, Damage: [1d4+3]=4+3=7; miss!!
The bot punches Cyn in the gut then attempts an upper cut but completely misses. [4 damage]
[It's now E10, Cyn, Gurkaph, and Reawyn's turns.]
