Eva steps into the hallway and whispers. Here we are, the northern door must be that. Let's go silently.

She approaches the northern door and when everybody is in the hallway then she opens it with black card and prepares to close the door on her right side as quickly as she can. She hopes the plant still hasn't left its room.
Eva opens the door and sees a familiar hallway with blood smears on the floor.  The smears of blood in front of the door to your right (east) have been licked off the floor.

The hallway is still filled with blood so the monster must be still in its room.

Eva quickly touches the panel with the black card to close the door on her right.

If her action was successful then she moves forward on the hallway. Else....

You walk west around a bend leading to the south.  Assuming you open the door you arrive at Security Room, where you first entered this level.

Stop - Eva whispers when she spots the closed door - I think we have left the door open. She casts Mage Hand and opens the door from 15 ft. distance.

She opens the door with mage hand.  There's no motion or sounds coming from the Security room.
Ok, I forgot it automatically closes after one round. Now she leaves this door open touching the panel twice. Then she moves forward. She won't stop except there are encounters.
You all leave the security area and move into the control center of the Habitat Zone.  You move through the hallways until you get to the shocking room.  Everyone makes their way through one at a time.  On the other side you arrive at the desert habitat where the bed/gurney gets stuck in the sand.
