I agree how cumbersome roll20 is but currently I can't see any feasible tool to replace it. Well aside my good old trustworthy d20 on my desk. Alas, rolling all by myself is like playing alone and grabbing you as spectators like an exhibitionist dumbface.

I tried to send them feedback using "Contact Us" form; received "server error". If the error message doesn't lie then they'll at least receive an email concerning this fact

That should work. If you put a name to it, it can be traced. I busted someone that way. I saw multiple rolls with the same particulars under the same name a few thousand times. Give or take a thousand.
