Shanna invokes a brief incantation familiar to all spellcasters worth their salt, and as her eyes change into vivid, radiating blue, she speaks slowly, as if her thoughts were floating in some distant dimension.
"Indeed, the whole area radiates some moderate magic, the aura reminding me of conjuration magic, but somehow different. Just like the magic dampening effect out there."
Turning about 45 degrees to the left, she points to another section of the wall, some 10 feet away from the door's outline.
"There is another source of magic, same strength, same school, but does not necessarily mean the same spell."
Toot adjusts his and Boo's location so he's about 30' away and not directly in front of any of the magical spots or secret doors.
Toot will ask everyone to step back a bit and then levitate a small twig with his Mage Hand and float it over to the magical areas to see if the magic from the mage hand is dampened. He asked them to move back in case he detonates the trap by accident.
Apparently Toot's kinetic trick is not disturbed, nor has it triggered any foul magic.

I think Giant has enough time so he is looking for tracks near the door (take20+5survival).
Obviously a huge green dragon was the last one who passed by here, and that was maybe a few days ago.

There are no two ways. If you mean the magic emanation Shanna indicated it does not belong to another secret door. "Just" the wall. The tracks indicate that the dragon left for the secret door across the depression on the floor.

Yes, the party is around "X" (actually, moved it so that it's the location of the depression on the ground.
I also added a 15-ft "S" to indicate the secret door.
