I'm just letting you guys/ladies know that I haven't forgot about you. The staffing problems at my work will (hopefully) be finished as of this weekend. So I will be posting more normally soon. Again I'm sorry for the delays.
Are you the staffing guy or are you the one being staffed? ::::]
Where I work we have two overnights. Me and another woman. She has been ill for most of the last 6 weeks. So I have been offered a lot of her shifts and I've been taking them because who doesn't want overtime. But as of this weekend she's back so my shifts should be returning to normal. Which will free me up again to post more often.
This week I'm working the overnights of Monday and Tuesday; then Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Next week I work Wednesday and Thursday. Then I start at the beginning again. It's the staying up all night at work that is rough. In the morning I don't have a lot of energy.
I try to keep you guys informed so you know I haven't forgotten about you or lost interest. So, I might be able to post tonight when I'm done my routines. If not, I will try in the morning but I have a couple of errands to run after work.
It's kinda funny. Where I work, there's this weird system in place. I work for a company that hires out my services to a grocery store, so I get paid by the company who then gets reimbursed by the store. You'd think that the store would want me to be a direct employee, right? Then they get to control my hours and overtime. They would, but My boss, who is an employee of the store, apparently needs a few people to work for the company and not directly for the store. So you have an employee of the store encouraging a fellow worker to work as much as he wants regardless of the wishes of the store. XD
Workforce leasing. The advantage for the store? They can abort the contract whenever they want without having to fire you. Since you remain employee of the company they are free to give you another job elsewhere as they please and nothing labor union could do for you. Just get used to it-- you as a workforce is just a resource type they sell and buy as they please.
If we had Grease or something similarly slippery...
Not that Selina particularly wants to save Mardak.
We could also aim at the webbing connecting his body to the spider-thing
*Spider-thiiing, Spider-thing.
Does whatever a Spider-thing does.
Can it spin or climb a web?
Yes it can, it's a spider.
Look out! Here comes the Spider-thing.*
OH WAIT!!! Attack the Darkness!
We could also target Mardak and just mercy kill him... that might be satisfyingf :p
Depends on whom you ask
GM: "You see a gazebo."
Player: "I attack the gazebo!"
GM: "You... what? Do you even know what a gazebo is?"
Player: "No, but I attack it."
GM: " ... okay."
I happen to have a scroll of grease...
EDIT: but they are too far away. (range is 25ft)
