---Nightingale---
Nightingale happily eats her food and enjoying her evening.
---Leloth and Arius---
Leloth and Arius notice that Athos and Kriv abruptly stop eating. They seem to be listening for something.
---Athos and Kriv---
Both Athos and Kriv hear something coming up the well. Something that doesn't sound like a person. It does in fact sound a whole lot like something crawling along the well wall toward the first floor of the inn.
Athos pulls his scimitar and jumps to his feet. "On your feet!"
The druid called out to everyone in the taproom, "Something's coming up the well that doesn't sound friendly!"
Kriv stands up, and doesn't say anything to anyone. Instead he starts casting Mage Armor upon himself. That accomplished he finally speaks up, "This does not bode well at all. I hope everyone is prepared for a fight, yes?"
Leloth starts as both Kriv and Athos jump up ready for battle. Upon hearing Athos' warning call she readies a spell searching for the creatures coming from the Well. Leloth then draws her sword and dagger and waits thinking to herself, What a wonderful way to start the week.
Arius , seeing Athos leap to his feet, draw his sword and call the tap room to action reacts by standing up, drawing his sword as he takes a step clear of the table and towards the well. As he does so he idly picks up his wine glass in his other hand.
---Everyone---
As everyone gets to their feet, everyone seated near the well scatter away from the tables. As if on queue, Two giant Spiders burst from the well. They hiss viciously in what those hearing it, might imagine would be excitement.

(DM - Everyone roll Initiative and Nature. Then go ahead and post your first action.
(DM - For those who haven't played in any of my games, the Initiative checks determine if you go before or after the monsters. The order of a players post determines who goes first in the scheme of actions among players. So if you post first, you go first, if you post last, you go last.)
Athos calmly blasted a jolt of lightning at the spider that Kriv was throwing fire at. He had been a few scraps and this wasn't the first time something came up the side of the well.
