Surprise Round: Portho will begin to orate an epic poem about a battle versus hordes of Undead (bard song)
Round 1: possibly to be editted based on events before his turn...
Move action: Porth sticks his hand into his haversack and summons an item to it.. pulling out a greatclub ending in a clenched fist of granite. the weapon is eeasily twice as tall as Portho and he wobbles unsteadily holding it.
"Who can use this?!!"
Standard action: he will toss or pass the greatclub to whoever responds.
Ooc - I hope SG takes the club
Are the skeletons fully formed, can they be attacked?
Initiative is 26.06
Lugar has a change of plans after seeing the skeletal warriors appear. He stows his pick and the shield, drawing the rune engraved halberd instead and hoping that he can trip the skeletons for Giant to crush.
"Toot, Maul, Torin, if any of you can destroy this cursed circle of runes I suggest you do so now." Who knows how many skeletal warriors might appear from this portal, he wonders.
- if you talk that will abort your bardic song. How about asking first (free action in surprise round) then start singing (std in surprise round), followed by drawing and handing over (in first round)
- Storing pick, storing shield and drawing halberd are all move actions so that would be all for this round?
And yes they are fully formed and can be attacked right in the surprise round if you wish so.
"Portho, do we have time for this while Cloak recovers?" Murkatos asks the apparent sage on vampires.
"We may have an hour for the whole thing" Maul replies.
OOC - will administer surprise round and round one when all actions are in (remember, max 48 hours)
Ooc- that should be two move actions. He can stow his shield as a move action, then stow his pick as part of another move action the finally drawing the halberd and make an attack. Drawing the halberd is a free action for Lugar (QuickDraw)
Ooc - I thought Portho was next to Lugar since he healed him and took the bladeless hilt, that's why on Roll20 I'm moving into his square. If it's decided that's not how it is then Lugar will find another spot to move to.
Lugar stows his shield then moves next to his big buddy Silent Giant and pulls a big rune engraved halberd from his back with lightning speed. The rogue that he is, Lugar doesn't give the skeleton a chance to parley, he tries to use the hook on the halberd to pull the skeleton to the floor.
Trip attack = 24 (melee touch attack)
Opposed Str check = 7 (his grip is a little loose
OOC - draw pick as part of _regular move_ yes, quick draw as a free action yes but part of _any move action_ nope. Rules do not state anything about sheathing as part of move but it's feasible. Not sure if quick draw can be applied in a reverse motion. What I'm completely sure about is that if the halberd is in an extradimensional magical storage then retrieving from there is a move action which is unaffected by Quick Draw. Sorry.
Unstrapping a shield is also a move action. Afterwards, dropping it is a free action but storing is another move action. I wouldn't say you could store your shield as part of a regular move because it doesn't have a sheath. The pick probably has a placeholder ring, also used for axes and mace-like stuff, that serves the same purpose as the sheath does for any elongated blade.
Please find squares adjacent to each other but not overlapping. However, you can still move anywhere from that square during the surprise round while storing your weapon so you may be in any non-adjacent cells up to your move (which happens to be 20ft).

[OoC Lol thanks.. yes speak as free action before he starts to sing. Will modify my post]
Ooc- Ok, I see now. I thought sheathing a weapon was possible as part of a move action like drawing one but is not. (Had to look that up)I thought the pointy end of the halberd would puncture the haversack and ruin it. I just imagined he had it strapped to his back. So Lugar stands where he is and takes 3 move actions to stow/strap his weapon and shield to retrieve the halberd.
If it's strapped to your back then it's like retrieving an item from your backpack which may imply aoo as well but it's unlikely your initiative would be beaten so they will be flat footed.

Init: 08.01
0. round: Torin casts a Shield of Faith to himself (ooc: +3 AC)
1. round: He attacks the southernmost skeleton (ooc: attack: 20 damage:2 , I didn't calculate with Portho's sing.)
[OoC1:
Toot's initiative Result is 9.
]
[OoC2: According to Sage Advise (which I know seems to be a bad word around here) Quickdraw feat does not allow you to Quick Sheath. But personally, I don't think it would break the game to allow someone to Quick Sheath. In my game, I house rule that you can use the feat in reverse. Honestly Quickdraw is not that useful of a feat unless you have character who throws weapons. Then it's essential if you want to throw more than one per round (or two if you take the penalties for two weapon fighting.) ]
[OoC3: Can Toot
start casting a full round spell during a surprise round? Assuming that he cannot...]
Toot's first instinct is to run for the trap door. But noticing everyone crowding around him reminds the doodid that he happens to be the center of a Circle of Protection. For a split second he thinks,
"Fuck'em!" but then he hears Ludgar say,
"undead apocalypse continues"
"Craaaaaaap!"
Refusing to be on the front line with Torin, Toot says,
"I can't fight in front so I'm moving back!" Toot takes a 5' step (jog) but remains close enough for the circle to cover most of the group. When Boo joins him, Toot will be sure to try to use Boo for as much cover as he can get from his Companion. Then while beseeching Nature, Toot vigorously rubs his hands together and in response one of his open palms suddenly bursts into flames as bright as a torch!
[OoC4: Casting Extended Produce Flame; Duration: 14 minutes; Range: 120 feet; Attack: Ranged Touch; Damage: 1d6+7; No Save Throw.]
[Standard Round]
Toot begins the summoning Process again by chanting to the elemental plane of fire/earth and motioning with his hands, over and over, like he was pulling something toward himself with an invisible rope.
[OoC5: Planning on summoning another Thoqqua to destroy the circle like Ludgar asked.]
