---Callie and Monroe---

The Colonel motioned to Monroe, "Monroe, you're up first."  She gestures to the arena. Before the two girls stood a rather elaborate concrete maze. "There are four targets hidden in this maze.  You are required to eliminate them." She added, "Softly."  She tossed Monroe a taser. "The idea is not to let them set off the alarms they are guarding. All four are guarding camera rooms.  If you are seen, will have to contend with that, but it's not an automatic fail. This is to show off your phasing and infiltration skills. Normally in the field, you would be eliminating these targets or any threats they summon if you are spotted with lethal force, but in practice we don't want to actually hurt our own people.  Just disable them."

The Colonel looked at Callie, "Callie, you are Monroe's extraction if she gets caught. You don't get a taser, you physical prowess and training should be more than enough to disable whatever targets might come for your teammate."

She took in both girls make sure they had their eyes on her, "Is the objective understood?"

(DM - I assume you guys pretty much know the rules. We will just go off the sheets you posted in O.O.C. for now. I haven't had time to build your sheets yet, so this is a slight winging of it.  If you have questions or you are rusty on Rifts ruleset as we go through it, just hit me up on Discord.)
This all seemed overly elaborate for a simple demonstration, but with a look at Callie and a shrug, Monroe began. First: Isolation. She disappeared around the corner of the arena, circling the place, looking for any power or communication lines. If the alarms didn't have power, they couldn't go off. She was also looking for alternate entrances, and what kind of roof there was. She could certainly just phase through the wall, but she had no way of knowing what was on the other side until she was visible, so she didn't want to risk that at this point.
"Good luck, Monnie," she says quietly as Monroe moves off.  Having to be ready for a potential problem took her mind off of what her own test would be.  Any signs that she was nervous quickly went away.
---Monroe---

The layout looks a maze constructed of a polymer concrete.  Sturdy, but easy and quick to set up.  In this maze, were the four targets and any number of cameras and surveillance devices they were using to look specifically for her.

(DM - Roll Detect Ambush and Prowl as she move into the arena to avoid cameras and enemies.)

---Monroe and Callie---

One thing occurs to both of you.  The Colonel didn't say you couldn't ask more questions about the test.  As a matter of fact, she did ask if the objective was understood.  Seemed odd considering the Colonel knows fully well how smart the both of you are.  Actually, now that the both of you think about it, It seems as though she were open to either of you asking questions.
