Is it possible for Nolan to conceal his spellcasting? If so I would like to crast Sense Evil (duration two minutes); and Armor of Ithan (one minute) (which states it is invisible, noiseless, and weightless)

It would be tricky, but you can roll Disguise (Trying to hide it completely) or Impersonation (Trying to act like you're doing something different.) depending on what you are trying to do. A good description of how you are attempting to conceal your magic will add some unseen bonuses to the check. Keep in mind if you fail, those around you will have a chance to notice what Nolan is doing. Granted that still doesn't give them a 100% chance to recognize magic, but it's still a chance.
