OOC - I find it feasible that a companion may be faster or slower than the master (esp. if one of them has a much higher init than the other) but I don't mind simplifying life like that. Really not a showstopper.
OOC - Also rolled for @Merrinna Starsong to be complete. Alas, she comes on top of the round

Giant yells, Lugar prepares, and Shanna digs into her pouch to produce a piece of licorice root.
(OOC - if you think of Haste then don't forget that targets must be within 30ft of each other and none of them should be more than 65 feet from the caster so Shanna may want to move up from closing ranks to position and delay until the party is more fully packed...)
