Sorry, I'm a new player using an existing character. Sad

DM, mage hand can lift and move an object up to 5lbs. But can it pull heavier objects? For example a rope with a grappling hook?
It can move (drag) the grappling hook (4lbs) without rope.

Hi all,

I'm the second luser who jumped in Big Grin

I searched the thread but the last mention of Ursk was 3 months ago (~100 posts).
Could some of you sum up where is my ugly dwarf at now? I'm going to read through the threads but I'm on a long vacation at now. (I have much less free time than I my normal weekdays.)

Thx,
The new/old Ursk

Thank you both for joining us.

We were hired by the town council of Torch to delve into the caves beneath the Torch/Black Hills and find out what happened and hopefully rescue Khonnir Baine (owner of the Foundry Tavern) and the band of explorers that accompanied him. they were trying to find out why the Torch has gone out/been extinguished.

We have delved into the caves beneath the Black Hills, entering through an under water entrance in the Weeping Pond.. we encountered some fire beetles and defeated them. Then we encountered a patch of brown mold that freezes anything that gets near it, we left that pretty much alone except fro dragging a body out of it. Next we encounter a settlement of skulks that we did NOT battle, instead we made a deal with them to retrieve an object (we don't know what it is) that was stolen from them by some neighboring gremlins.. we are venturing into the gremlin area and have so far been the victims of a trap and saw a gremlin teleport away.

So at this moment Eva and Ursk are both simply pressing ahead with the party as Reawyn attempts to scope the passage ahead for more traps, knowing that the gremlins also know we are coming. Chrome and Cin are providing Reawyn with lookouts (ranged attacks at the ready) while he searches.

Five pounds is the limit whether it's dragged, pushed, pulled, or otherwise manipulated.

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
