RE: OoC thread - Nacesh - 07-04-2016

I've always thought of Mil as a sand-coloured desert lizard like this cutie:

But I just realised that a more volcanic theme would suit better someone with salamander heritage...
What do you think?

EDIT: found the cutie to be a colour variation of Satanic Leaf-Tail Gecko. K.E.W.L.
Even its scientific name (Uroplatus phantasticus) is cool. Alas, this is definitely a jungle species and not someone who lives in volcanic crates... but let's play pretend that this is a wasteland species that favours arid and hot lands like volcanic ashlands?...
... and apparently this is a very popular image. With Nacesh' dragon blood infused there's an even cooler version (obviously 'shopped...)

Mil?

Our resident sorceror's lizard familiar

Gilley embedded a cute meme image in her Mil question.   Tongue

And sure you can make your lizard look anyway you like.  Except if you wanted wings they would have to be ornamental only especially since Mil grants you +3 to climb.  Though in Pathfinder there is a fly skill that would be cool to get +3 points toward.

I knew that it was gonna be impossible to tell it was a link. Let's try this the hard way (or at least the way that requires more work on my part).

This reminds me...
"She turned me into a newt"
even though newts are amphibians and not reptiles.

RE: OoC thread - Gilley - 07-06-2016

Sorry for the sparse posting. I'm having health issues, which are really stressing me out, and I'm having trouble coming up with different ways to say "I stay near the middle of the group so I can shoot things in any direction." So, if I happen to miss my turn, expect that's what I'm doing.

RE: OoC thread - Selina Parcellus - 07-06-2016

Roger that Hawkeye. Get well soon.

RE: OoC thread - GM Marvel - 07-07-2016

I just wanted to let everyone know that my posting may be sparse for a little while.  My brother has passed away suddenly so I will need to deal with family stuff.  As his next of kin, I honestly have no idea what will be required of me.  I will post when I'm able to.

RE: OoC thread - Selina Parcellus - 07-07-2016

So sorry for your loss. Please take whatever time you need to grieve and deal with this.
