OoC - a kobold's speed is 30ft equal as Tushou's speed. But Jhod's speed is 20ft if he is a cleric in medium armor.

Nexendia nods toward Tushou but inside she cringed and him suggesting she was their leader. She felt like she was more of an advisor but at the moment she did not see they had time to start a drawn out discussion of who should really be in charge. Nex would bring up the subject of leadership at a more appropriate time. For now, they had to quickly find the Kobold leader and question what was causing his people to be unsettled. Then get back to the outpost.
"Come, our new friends," she says to the kobolds in draconic while someone translates for her to the rest of the group. "Allow us to help you climb up on a few of our less burdened horses so we might reach your leader more quickly. There's no time to waste."
Once they climb up on the horses that weren't as encumbered, she will nod at whomever was in the lead to indicate to them to start moving.

The kobolds seem to be resigned in guiding you somewhere near enough to their home, though it is easy to understand their reluctance. They are being forced by outsiders to reveal their sanctuary. Anyone would hesitate at the very least. They lead you through the Narlmarches towards the Southwest first, growing a little jittery about something. Before you can ask them why, you begin to hear a deep grunting noise in the underbrush. There seems to be 4 distinct octaves to the grunting.

Nexendia points her already loaded crossbow in the direction of the noise. She nods to everyone to let them all know to get ready.
"You in there, come out slowly" And she hopes it's not a quartet of shagging Kobolds that crawls out of the bushes. If they don't come out she will also speak the command in Draconic and Elvin.
