While reading the information Zero's red eye narrows. The droid asks the datapad, "Can you do me a big favor and unlock all the slave collars?"
Zero continues to move along with the others.

Zero continues to move along with the others.
The datapad cannot unlock the collars, they have to be physically unlocked and reoved surgucally, similar to what you did for Dez. However, the explosives in them can be disarmed. You will need to influence the data pad one step further to Helpful rather than friendly.

The datapad, unlike a droid brain has no gender assignment or personality programming, but it's confusion at the statement from Zero allows him to find a security flaw, opening it up completely to Zero. [Helpful]
Aftyer that is is a simple standard action to Issue a Command with no chance of failure.

Easily, as the chief medical technician for the base he has the codes.. it would be an automatic success on a standard action to access teh general intercoms. the security channels however are seperate and would take some work.
