Gedeon gets a definite sense of uneasiness from Minister ate the mention of going to the surface. You don't need to wonder why you were chosen to lead Mr Genesis to the surface since you're one of the few down here who can pass in the upper world. Someone like Blue would stick out like a sore thumb and possibly even draw attention to Neverwhere.
