Chapter 1: Hollows Last Hope
Now that Larz has both Harly and Toryn with him he pauses just inside the door way of the library. The first thing he does is wet a piece of cloth with water from his water skin. Y'all need to cover your mouth and nose with a wet cloth before we start searching all these books, theres molds I've seen in deep caverns that can do a lot of harm ifin the spores are breathed in. After tying the cloth around his face he points at the book cases by the door. Toryn those are yours, Harly ifin you can check the ones in the corner, I'll take the ones by the collapsed wall.  check every book and the cases themselves for any hidden drawers, the gems we are looking for aren't very big. also any books that time has not decade need to be collected they might hold clues about this place. He pauses to describe the gem stones in great detail so if one is seen they will be able to recognize it. Then he moves to the book cases by the collapsed wall. He slowly begins taking down each book one at a time checking every book carefully, setting aside anything that time weather and the elements has not destroyed. When every book is off the shelves of the first book case, he methodically searches every inch of the first book case inch by inch.

Larz, Toryn and Harley began to search the shelves, taking precautions against inhaling spores. As they began to move books clouds of spores filled their area, but under Larz's direction about wearing a wet rag covering their mouth and nose they found it easy to not inhale any spores. Most of the books are rotted and worthless. However a few they found somewhat readable on some pages and very few relatively intact. Though 1 after dusting off looked to be mostly intact. This was a beautifully illustrated book about worship to Torag; a Hymnal with many a dwarven chant found on the pages, however a folded sheet of vellum was tucked into the back of the Hymnal.

Breezy moved into the prison area and began taking out wet bones. 

Satoru and Arielle handed the ring over to Lucian who moved to the shelf and began to examine it and determined it had nothing to do with the anvil room. However it was enchanted by dwarven priests to provide resistance to fire ((see Ring of Torag)) Oriana began to move bones out as well while keeping an eye open, for things in the prison.

Dunndero grabbed up an armor stand and headed out of the armory and into the wolf den to complete the barricade. The armor stand was bulky and it made movement awkward but doable. He got midway into the room when his vision picked up movement and he realized there was a kobold crouching behind the downd column, and he then saw one coming out of the shadows to his left and he dropped the armor stand . He also noted the little dragon-kin were crawling through the barrier. He yelled in surprise.

Gurtelkep, the lookout had lead the warriors from downstairs up to assault the invaders and he now struck from surprise on the unsuspecting Half-Orc. Steppinmg from the shadows he caught the Half-orc unawares and stabbed him twice in the side with his shortsword before disappearing from Dunnderos vision as he fell to the floor unconscious, his blood seeping out on the flagstones.

As their heads all spun to the armory door, only Oriana thought she saw something flit past it going towards the east end of the longer hall.

Gods dammit! Harley roared, dropping what she was doing, she swept up her war maul and headed toward the armory, her sweeping from danger as she left the chapel via the courtyard. 

Action 1: Grabbing up her weapon
Action 2 and 3: Rushing toward the sound of Dunndero's yell while keeping an eye out for danger.

Oriana tensed up and went back into defensive mode as soon as Dunn's voice cried out, raising her shield up as much as possible.

Seeing something dart past the open door in the hallway, she took some cautious but deliberate steps towards the hallway.

Pausing in the door, Oriana once again pulls on her elemental connection and then slides into the hall, using some of the elemental kick to throw a quick blast of freezing water at whatever is in the hall to the east. She nails the small creature with a satisfying crash of water and ice.

Actions:
1st: Raise Shield. +2 AC
2nd: Stride.
3rd: Channel Elements & Single action Elemental Blast (cold). 1d20+7=23 Hit. 1d8=7 cold damage.

Toryn hurried behind Larz and Harley towards the sounds of danger. No rest for the weary it would seem. He hunkered down next to a wall just before the hallway turned right and readied his trusty shortbow.

Upon hearing Dondero cry out Larz spins slipping the book and note into the side pouch of his back pack, yelling By Trudd I'll be as thin as a boney Kneed Elf Ifin this keeps up as he rushes out of the library and down the hall and stops in the corner.

Satoru hears something that sounds a bit like a squeal…only deeper.  Then he hears the much more feminine roar of their head-stomper barbarian.  He glances at Arielle and they both sigh out “Ne taru…” (“What now…”)  They both follow everyone to…wherever the sounds came from.

Actions:
1st: Act Together.  (1 action)
Arielle: Stride.
Satoru’s actions: Raise Glass Shield (Yes!  He has one and I completely didn’t realize it!) then Stride.

Breezy moved towards the sound of a threat, this time the small druid began cussing as well.  Moving towards where the others are.

Lucian steps out of the room and sees where Dun had fallen. He casts his shield and holds until Harley and the front line fighters can get into the room. "Kobold's back and he's brought Friends!"

Intellect Check to recognize the enemy vs DC 12: 1d20+4 = 16

(Action 1 - Moves into the Hall)
(Action 2 - Casts Shield. +1 AC, Gains Reaction Shield Block 5)
(Action 3 - Holding action in the hallway.  Will Cast Force Bolt, 1 action Focus point 1d4+1 Autohit on any Kobold trying to poke it's shitty little head out.)
