I have another question for all of you.
If a longsword does 8 damage slashing and 6 Fire damage to a CREATURE with hardness 5. Does it take 9 damage or 4 damage? It seems the rules don't say if you combine all damage and then apply hardness or if you apply hardness separately to different damage types. I've also looked online and I can't find a consensus. The only thing for sure is you don't half the energy damage when it's a creature with hardness. For now, I'm going to just add the damage together and if we later decide it should be done separately I'll just say it was a unique circumstance.

I'd say as long as the ruling is applied fairly for all of us, both PC's and NPC's then I'd go with your ruling. I cannot find anything either

If you attacked with your masterwork weapon just once you would have +3 to hit. It's not much but it would help a little. If you and another person are in melee with the creature, you can try to Aid Another. You do it by making an attack roll vs AC10 and if you succeed you can give the other player either +2 to Attack or AC. Another option, you have improved grapple. You could try to grapple to robot. If successful, you could possibly pin it to make it easier to hit as well as damage it with your unarmed attacks. The Aid another is probably your easiest option.]] [[Also, I don't think your attack bonuses are correct. You have written on your sheet that Flurry of Blows is +0/+0. But Flurry of Blows is a base of -1/-1, and you have +2 strength so wouldn't that make your FoB +1/+1 and if you used the Masterwork Nunchaku wouldn't it be +2/+2? So I'm not sure where you're getting the +2 on your first attack and +1 on your second attack. And I'm not exactly sure what you mean by: Nunchaku (Melee) / (Wyroot Master Work) +2/+3? Do you have two nunchaku?]]

+2 is for using it as a paired weapon, and +3 as a single for the Wyroot, and +1 paired normal, and +2 single normal . Also don't MW weapons give +1 to attacks?

Do you mean you have a +2/+2 with Flurry of Blows? And then +3 when just using the Masterwork weapon for a single attack? <see below for my calculations> And as a monk, you don't need to pair weapons. Your master work weapon can be used for ALL attacks. Remember the base attack with Flurry of Blows is equal to your level and then you apply the -2 for both attacks. But FoB already includes this -2 penalty which is why it says -1/-1. So using FoB should be Base -1/-1 + 2 for strength and +1 for master work for a total of +2/+2. And using FoB unarmed should be +1/+1 not +0/+0. |
