[IC] Gemeris Station [Everyone]

"Because four of us were kidnapped and forced into hard labor on a mining asteroid," Shunna replies.  "When we escaped it wasn't exactly in the dead of the night.  So the slavers might feel their reputations, especially with the imperials, may be damaged.  There also might be an issue with a certain fight we got into being recorded and transmitted over the HoloNet who knows what distance.  I'm not sure why a mining asteroid was doubling as a Pay-per-view provider but it is what it is.  One good thing is, any ships looking for us will probably be looking for the Imperial Shuttle we escaped with, which the shuttle is probably another reason why someone might be looking for us.  But as long as we don't act suspicious there wouldn't be much reason for them to suspect this new ship of transporting escapees from a mining asteroid.  If that were what they were looking for... but they're probably not... probably..."

"Hey.  Holonet services are always at a premium, and the vids must flow, as they always say.  In any case, I guess we wait a bit."

"The vids must flow if this were between two typical groups of combatants.  But in this case we were fighting Storm Troopers!  I cannot imagine how their higher-ups would allow the Troopers to be put in a situation where an entire quadrant could see them possibly lose .  Which they did lose and badly.  The head of the Officer in charge of Imperial Propaganda, must of exploded when they heard a group of random escapees easily defeated the Imperial's big sca-wee Storm Twoopers.  I wouldn't be surprised if the Imperials destroyed the records of the battle rather than let the spanking the Troopers received to be used by rebels to recruit more insurgents to their cause."

The customs frigate and t5eh Wrathful Bulwark are both headed roughly straight towards one another. The Bulwark is travelling at 2 squares per move (4 squares per round), and rthge customs frigate is currently travelling at about 3 squares pr mov (6 squares per round). At this rate they will close the current gap quickly, within 3 rounds (18 seconds).

Searching her feelings, Shunna feels that interacting with this vessel will definitely be a negative experience.

To avoid our ships colliding Ubi will adjust our heading 20° to the right, and watch to see how they respond before taking any further drastic actions.

"I don't like this.  We must not interact with that ship.  Jendu, if they do contact us, bluff that we're having com troubles with lots of static. Zero, keep working on the hyperspace course."

Searching feelings:  If we hyperspace away, will they pursue us?

Use the force: [1d20+15]=7+15=22

If you escape to hyperspace they will not be able to pursue. The problem will be delaying long enough to finish calculatrions.

[[We can make a quick jump somewhere else though, yeah?]]

It's possible yes, but risks mishap

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
