I had planned to pick up more Force Powers but instead I just went with Weapon Finesse.  Later I think I'll pick up, Ataru when I become a Jedi knight.  It will allow me to use my Dex instead of Strength for damage rolls.  Including doubling my Dex bonus when I use a lightsaber in two hands.

@Olaf Svenson  would you like to play Star Wars Saga.. it is d20 game, developed by WotC just before 4th edition, so was a test bed for some 4th ed ideas.

You don't need any rulebooks as all the rules are here: https://swse.fandom.com/wiki/Star_Wars_S...tion_Wikia

You are the first to reply to the ads, so there are tons of openings.  The rules for character generation are in this thread:
http://forums.rpgaddicts.com/showthread....80#pid7680

and in the ad I mistakenly said 3rd level rather than 4th.  starting characters are 4th level

You can create your own character, but you also have the option of assuming the role of one of the NPC's.. reworking their  class/skills/traits/feats to suit you just keeping their backstories

Npc's you can assume
Captain Ubi Sunt - Besalisk  soldier/scout -   (former PC)  can be reworked to any soldier/noble/scout/scoundrel and still fit story so far  it is his ship that the party is after as a rogue droid has taken off with some pretty important cargo)
Callista - Human soldier/jedi - a force martial artist (former PC) - can be reworked to any force user that did not have a lightsaber to start (has already acquired a red shoto in game)
H1-MK2 "MK" - droid - 1st Degree Droid | Technician 3/Independent Droid 1 - former PC (can be reworked, has barely been played so the party has no clue about his abilities aside from being a pilot)
Njon – Talz ?? (NpC) - has not demonstrated any real ability except mechanical - can be completely reworked

Of course you still have the option of a completely new character as well.

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
