"I believe Oleg or his wife would more accurately be able to determine what portions sizes are best for selling to the public. But we will need some kind of container like a barrel to store the meat in until it's consumed or sold. A cool, dry, environment would also be preferable for storage. Oleg, do you have any barrels or some other air tight containers to store the meat in? And a cold cellar?"
