He mentally grabs one of the thicker looking roots at the center of the tangle, and pushes it away with everything he has, attampting to bassically smash the massive tangle of roots in on itself, instead of tearing pieces out one at a time.

Malcolm 'pushes it away with everything he has' and causes the roots to tear away from the where they were embedded, dragging chunks of stone with them.  Rocks and dirt begin to rain down upon the group.  You think the ceiling is going to cave in on everyone.

Malcom, surprised at the incredible force produced when Ballista boosted his power reacts by ducking near the wall.

Katrina catches up and slaps her hand on the tunnel wall. Her eyes go black, then molten, and the wall near her hand looks like it just became butter.

Beledonnal looked at masque as she entered the room. "Masque, Sir... I think we have intruders..... They were breaking into the sewers up by the street where I grow the herbs." She was shaking herself and looking quite fearful. she was enough of a freak being a living plant effectively without looking any more freakish than she already did.

Dirt and fist sized stone rain down upon everyone.  Katrina feels the roots rip away the stone and earth from the walls of the sewer from deep inside her chest.  It was like someone punched her right in the center of her ribcage.  It was so sudden and powerful it nearly takes her breath away.  Forcing her mind past the pain, she grips hold of the wall and with all her might she releases a ripple of Will power into the surrounding stonework.  A thousand tons of stone and earth responds to her touch, warping and twisting as it tries to hold itself together from the Unearthly blast.  The dirt and stone falling from above suddenly slows to a trickle and then stops.  Every muscle in Katrina's body aches.  She had never had to summon that much power so quickly or forcefully.

[OoC1: Still waiting for Yellow Agility feats from some of you.  Malcolm was the closest so would have taken Excellent 20 damage but succeeds on his agility feat so avoids the 6 pts of damage due to his resistance.  Trevor will also take 20 or 6 if he succeeds on his agility feat unless he has a power to avoid damage.  Everyone else will take 10pt's or 4pts unless you have some way to avoid the damage. ]

Masque was looking at the ceiling when the earth suddenly shook.  She looks at Belladonna and says, "Did you not find out what they wanted?  Do you even know how many have broken into our home?  Perhaps you need a few more eyes to help you look..."  Masque sneers at you slightly while taking a step toward you with her hand outstretched.

Katrina manages to dodge the rubble raining down on her, but she looks like she got the wind knocked out of her anyway. The glow of her eyes and the cracks that appeared in her skin fade in sudden exhaustion, before disappearing back into the hologram. She smiles faintly at Malcolm's apology, before looking away and quietly squeaking, "ow..."
