Total, minus wand and vial = 239,899 gp 1/2 =  119,949.5 gp 1/5 = 23,989 gp each if we can sell it all, not including the 7,300 we each got from the other loot, if my math is correct.

I made the final math on the things listed in Treasure thread and the first part of the total is roughly correct (diff is basically because of Cleaver's mithral price correction) but out of curiousity, where did you get the 7,300 from? Can you please list so that I crosscheck my list?
Reason being, my current sum is 28,448gp and 2 sp. I don't want to cut the costs everyone calculated with so far, so I'm willing to up it to your original figure (31,289gp) but if your figures for 7,300gp are correct then I missed something and everyone gets a bit more than that.
Deadline is 6 hours from now.

animated shield still confers all modifiers like arcane failure, armor check penalty, and consistently continuing this list I'd say nonproficiency and inappropriate size as well. I.e. you cannot use a shield not your size, animated or not.
Concerning AMF; you could even make it yourself next level if you took Craft Wondrous Items.

That is why I asked, "My only question would be what size would I need?"  It is not something that has come up in my own game.  Also, Toot is Proficient in all shields except Tower shields as long as they are made out of wood.  So he would need to buy a shield for each size he wildshapes into.

So what are your thoughts about Boo wearing a Helm of Comprehend Languages and Reading Magic?  Is there going to be any problem with it fitting on his head?  Boo has a head so shouldn't it be able to resize itself to fit on his head?

It's always a tough call. He's not humanoid but his head is pretty similar so yeah why not. I don't think Boo talking would ruin the game rule-wise. I'm just afraid it would ruin part of the fun.

Who has ever said that it would be a free action? All the item states is:

the quiver can produce any item she wishes, as if from a regular quiver or scabbard

Is pulling a wand from a quiver a free action? Drawing ammunition for use with a range weapon, yes. But it's about the ammo and not about the container, and if we go nitpicking, you don't draw a wand "for use with a ranged weapon". Well, barring true strike or bless weapon etc, if anyone would think that's what this phrase means.
Same goes for weapons (like, bows or staves) from QoE. Pulling a sword from a scabbard is normally a move action. So is pulling a weapon from QoE.

More likely you left in the afternoon and arrived late evening, almost midnight.
And strictly OOC-- what I meant with this silly time span is that Geddin keeps track of things and that he said something that was feasible for you as well.
