On the one hand...Parkas and real furs are heavy. Really heavy. If you've ever lifted a wolf- or a bear-skin rug then you know what I mean. On the other...you won't really be needed cold-weather outfits all that often in this game, except during the cold-season months.
Generally, I don't make issues of the outfits in terms of weight. You are going to have chainmail, and iron/steel swords that you have to deal with along with, possibly, 30-pound plus packs. You don't have to include clothes in weight.
