The First Mission - (Chapter 1)
---Everyone---

Electrical blasts followed closely by careful military bursts of fire cut into the ghastly hag.  Bits of blood and charred flesh flew from her body as she was barraged by the two men's attacks.  The witchling screeches in horror as Viego and Khayman essentially catch her completely off guard as she believed herself to be invisible. The Terror on her face is tangible despite her truly horrific visage.

Nolan | 19 - Cast Befuddle, but doesn't seem to have any effect on the Witchling.
Khayman | 17 - Fires a full round into the creature.
Aaron | 10 - Readies action to cast a power.
Viego | 9 - Blasts the Witchling with 4 blasts of Lighting.
Witchling | 65 / 200 MDC | 3 Attacks | +2 to strike/parry, +4 dodge | +5 save vs magic / +3 vs psionics | Master Magician 14, Magic Strength +3 | 8
Marcus | 6 - Holds his action. Gains +2 on the Initiative scale.

(DM - Aaron - You can continue to hold your action and gain a +2 to Initiative. Or you can take your action now and post up another for the next round. )
(DM - Nolan - Roll Espionage: Impersonation.  To basically pretend that you're doing something else rather than casting magic. You could also use Espionage: Disguise to mask what your doing, but Impersonation is a bit higher and can be used just as easily.)

Witchlings Magic Resistance: 1d20+5 = 21 - Resisted!
Witchlings save vs Horror Factor: 1d20+4 = 7 - Failed and Feared!

(DM - Everyone, post up your actions for the next Round!)
Khayman doesn't waste anytime and fires another round before reloading the weapon.

Action 1 - Shooting C-5 Pistol: 1d20 19
              Damage (MDC): 4d6 12
Action 2 - Reloading 4 rounds with speed loader.

Holding Actions 3 and 4.
Realizing he should probably keep blasting. Viego does so again sending out lightning, but he does save some of his ability to dodge the incoming attacks he is sure he is going to attract.

Breath Weapon 1: 1d20+7=9
Breath Weapon 2: 1d20+7=22

Lightning MD 1: 4d6=15
Lightning MD 2: 4d6=16

(Saving two actions for Dodging attacks)
Espionage: Impersonation [1d100]=33 vs 56%

[OoC did Noln successfully cast Armor of Ithan last round?]

Since neither Befuddle had any apparent effect, Nolan will instead move out of the mouth of the alley, trying to spread out from the group, keeping any obstacles like parked cars between him and the Fey, he will find a spot that provides cover and fire off two more shots

Shot 1: C-18 Pistol - Strike [1d20]=11; Dmg [2d4]=5 MDC
Shot 2: C-18 Pistol - Strike [1d20]=15; Dmg [2d4]=4 MDC

[Saving either two or three actions for dodge depending on if moving counts a an action]
Aaron took advantage of the surprise assault and subtly attacked the hag's nervous system while she was off-guard, cutting off her vocal chords to ensure she didn't start casting any nasty surprises like the black faerie did. The rest of the team packed more than enough firepower to put her away so he was on disruption and support duty.

(casting Biokinesis: Mute [10 points] to silence the hag. If it fails and she's still alive next round, Aaron will cast it again, otherwise he holds action.)
Marcus holds his actions again to see if anything rushes in to support the thing and to stay clear of the ranged attacks.
---Everyone---

The Witchling screams and immediately retreats as the blasts and gunfire continue. She moves very quickly, flying down the western street.  The bullets and blasts tear more flesh and gooey bits of the Witchling, and as she is starting to depart, she is visibly and badly wounded.

Nolan | 19 - Finds cover behind a parked vehicle and fires off two shots.
Khayman | 17 - Fires a single round and reloads
Aaron | 10 - Tries to cast Mute on the Witchling, but considering her wailing continues as she tries to retreat, she probably resisted it.
Viego | 9 - Blasts the Witchling with 2 blasts of Lighting.
Witchling | 18 / 200 MDC | 3 Attacks | +2 to strike/parry, +4 dodge | +5 save vs magic / +3 vs psionics | Master Magician 14, Magic Strength +3 | 8 - First attack lost due to failed Horror Factor.  2 Actions left, Used both for Dodge. Nolan had initiative so his attacks went off first and she attempted to dodge those.
Marcus | 8 - Holds his action. Gains +2 on the Initiative scale.

Save vs Psionics: 1d20+3 = 18 - Succeeded.
Witches Dodge vs Nolan -5 for close range: 1d20+4 = 20 - 15 - Dodged!
Witches Dodge vs Nolan -5 for close range: 1d20+4 = 10 - 5 - Hit

(DM - You each have one action to use before the Witchling leaves your line of sight as she is retreating.)
Viego moves to follow her almost automatically, he continues to attack the creature as he does. There is something primal about following a fleeing creature that is almost instinctual to him. While he doesn't notice it, he is almost growling at the creature as he moves after it.

Breath Weapon 1: 1d20+7=23
Lightning MD: 4d6=13
The creature fleeing, Khayman lifted the loaded pistol and fired once to conserve ammo considered how wounded the witchling thing already looked.

Shooting C-5 Pistol: 1d20 13
Damage (MDC): 4d6 8
Aaron switched gears and hurled a vibro knife at the retreating hag's backside.

Thrown Knife 1: 1d20+7 23
vibro knife damage 1: 1d6 3

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
