Lucian immediately snaps up and goes on the alert as well.  He dusts the dirt off his hands and prepares for a potential fight.  "Heads Up!" He calls to the rest of the group just in case they hadn't heard Orianna initial warning.

Toryn crept his way towards the southern end of the courtyard and hid behind a wall, while still maintaining line of sight towards the double doors.

Breezy uses the ruined well to try to hide as well and prepares for whatever threat might arrive.

[DM Dread]

The whole group hears the wolf howls coming from the forest and from within the monastery. It seems They are all around the courtyard by the sound of it. Suddenly Satoru sees a large black furred wolf coming into view on the outside he paused sniffed the air and howled...answering howls could be heard within and without.

((fyi This is a pretty serious fight Its at the upper end of what the players can handle...rated as Severe. In the encounter builder its 410 vs the party 320, But the party has an easily defensible position in relation to where the enemy is. Just be aware and lets have fun with this. Ill advance after all post or Saturday evening late. ))

[Harley the Barbarian]

Moving quickly to take cover the Dhampir growled angrily and lifting one hand made a rude somatic gesture and grunted out an "Eat shit." before hurling two whirling darts of glowing force at the large black wolf.

Toryn's eyes went wide as saucers when he heard the howling. They're after our tenderloins! he whispered with abject horror. Protect your rear, my friends! The gnome scurried west and crouched near the open door there, ready to strike at whatever furry fiend dared show its snout there first.

Breezy waits crouched down, it wasn't sure if the wolves would actually try to harm it. However they would for sure target its new friends, so the small druid prepared to defend. The druid begins casting a spell, preparing to strike out against the first wolf it can see.
