PSYCHOKINESIS |
Equilibrium: Protects against Environmental damage of extreme heat or cold. Allows the Psion to remain comfortable in all temperature conditions. They can extend this condition to others. |
Nudge: This allows the Character to move one tiny object, but can spend one success to increase the size of to small. They can move the item at a speed scale of 1, but may spend successes to increase it to scale of 2. |

Thermal Screen: Costs 1 psi point. This allows the Psion to exert their control over cold to counter fire attacks and effects. The psion may roll psi + mode. Successes counter an attackers heat or fire damage successes 1 to 1. This power can also be used to put out existing fires within psions range. |
Ice Blast: Costs 1 psi point: Attack with a blast of Ice/Cold. Damage rating is equal to the Mode. Has the Range tag and one additional tage which must be Combined Stun. Possible tags from extra successes are Aggravated, Destructive, Spread, Non-Lethal (For Cold Attacks), or Weighted for spikes of ice. |
Ice Armor: Costs 1 psi point. This allows the psion to generate shifting Ice armor around their bodies for protection. The armor moves with the psion at will and can be pulled away or reapplied with a thought. Ice Armor: Gains the Complete (3) tag and has a Soft Armor rating equal to the psions Mode. |
Control Ice: Costs 2 psi points. This allows the Psion to create and/or control Ice. They may create Weapons, Walls, shelters, or other tools by generating and shaping Ice. Applications of this power, include generating Ice to form a wall, or keep items or areas cool. The Psion can also generate and shape ice into tools or weapons as needed. Though the main functions of this power is the creation of Ice Slides. The Psion may generate a slide of ice that propels the Psion forward at great speeds or if used carefully can arrest falling damage to those caught with it. The speed for the Ice slide is Might + Athletics x the Psions Mode in Meters. |
Cryofreeze: Costs 3 psi points. This allows the Psion to trap a target in a solid block of ice to immobilize them or to freeze their joints and muscles in order to slow them down. This fine tuned applications does not deal damage unless the Psion wishes it too. (If so, Ice Blast can be added to the effect.) But the Psion rolls Psi Rating + Mode. The target counters with Might and Athletics. If the Psion gains 1 success the target is slowed by one speed range per success and are unable to take multiple actions. If the psion gains more successes than the targets might rating, they are immobilized in a block of ice. |
