Regarding marching order, the intention was to have the three people with spider climb separated. So that Tomrel was at one end of the party, and Crozar at another, to act as anchors for those people without spider climb, with Selina in the middle to maximize her light radius?
Selena should not be in a position to bump into Tom real with only a 5-ft step, Kubo, Simon, or Betini would be in that spot, with  one or two people separating Selina from Crozer and one or two people separating Selina from Tomreal. Ning/Nang is flying so able to be in the middle right beside Selina

Ning is the trap searcher.  So I thought it was decided he would be in the lead.  A trap checker in the middle of the group doesn't make much sense.
