[OoC: Sorry for not posting for a few days. As usual, work and life caught up with me. I was also hoping our sneaky Gnome was going to post since he's likely to be out front of the group.

Tomeal gives Betimi a nod of thanks and takes her offered crossbow and points it toward the cave mouth. Betimi then moves up behind Jonath and steps on a twig that snaps. Suddenly two Kobolds poke their heads out the cave entrance to try to spot what made the noise. She quickly ducks behind the Gnome and hopes the shrubbery was dense enough to hide them both from their eyes. A few moments pass. They quietly make their strange, 'yarping' noises to one another and then slip back into the cave, out of view. Betimi and Jonath believe they didn't see either of you.
Selina stealthily moves toward the cave to [B8] place herself between the hill and Betimi. She readies whatever spell or attack she plans to make.
Mardak stands way back with his arms crossed.
Nacesh also moves toward the cave opening to get a better shot. Ne moves around Jonath to [D6] so he can get a clear shot around the shrubbery where he spots the two Kobolds. They suddenly look over in Nacesh's direction. "YARP!" [Nacesh Translates one Kobold saying to the other: "You GO!" Likely meaning, "You go, sound the alarm!"]
