Bazz sticks his head in the door and looks around for anything suspicious, especially anything that might look like a trap.  

[Perception +3] Perception: [1d20+3]=20+3=23; Natural 20!  Big Grin
[Investigation +4] Investigation: [1d20+4]=20+4=24; ANOTHER NATURAL 20!  Cool 

The Satyr sighs quietly. "Uhh... Rupert?  Do you mind keeping your eyes peeled.  There could be traps in there," Bazz warns while Rupert lumbers around the room.
