As I said in my lengthy post, I'm still learning these rules too and I realized that Weapon Proficiency (light sabers) is a bonus feat. So I had to remove the Weapon finesse feat I had just taken and pick up the Light saber proficiency.
I'm also wondering about the Defense Bonuses gained when picking up a new class, if you add those to your character or do you lose those too!
I haven't found anything online and the tiny blurb on PG 38 about class features only mentions "bonus feats gained at 1st level." In the defenses area it doesn't say anything about if you add the defense bonuses of each class onto each other. Maybe looking at the NPC's and adding up their defense bonuses might provide more clues.
