Wow, you're a pidgin-Ragamoll learning machine!! You've only been in this world for something like 10 minutes and you're already learning languages! 
BTW, the pidgin-languages came about from a dragon magazine article. The NPC's had pidgin-Arabic etc and it seemed like a good way to give world hopping players access to many different languages without them needing to spend 2 skill points for each one. And if you ever want full Ragamoll you spend another skill point. Bards and other classes that have Read Languages as class skills, already only spend 1 point per language but I guess they could get 2 pidgin languages for 1 skill point.
