[OoC: here is my attack math:
(Primary) Handaxe (MW) Attack = 1d20 +5 (melee) -4 (Weapon Finesse/ dual weilding) + 1 (MW) = 1d20 +2
(Offhand) Handaxe Attack = 1d20 + 5 (melee) - 8  (Weapon Finesse/ dual weilding) = 1d20 - 3
let meknow if I missed anything]

+2 BAB
+4 Weapon Finesse (Dex 18)
+1 Master Work (Main hand only)

+7 Total attack bonus for Main hand

So with +7 attack bonus - 4 Two weapon Fighting Main Hand = +3
Off hand would have an attack bonus of +6 (no masterwork weapon) - 8 = -2

My calculations are +3/-2.
