Selina has the amulet of health.

The Cameo is a slotless item and don't even need to carry it around your neck.  The familiar had it around his foot.  It's just a continual light spell cast inside the locket.  So you can close the locket and the light gets blocked.  

There are plenty of gems to keep the portal active (once they recharge).  So the Ioun stones can be taken out with no issue.  But after using the Identify, Simon will tell you that these Ioun stones do seem special.  After 24 hours they can attune themselves to the user.  What this attunement does, the identify didn't say.  But he suspects it might have something to do with the pool.
