AD&D I6 Ravenloft

I was looking though the Wilderness Survival Guide (I can't find a PDF of the Dungeoneer's Survival Guide) and I don't see anything about how multi-classed characters are handled.  I could have missed it because I'm extremely tired right now.     So do they get Weapon and Nonweapon Proficiencies from both classes or just the best?  

I did find a PDF of a list of proficiencies from both books in one handy chart  >> Here <<  

And a list of PDF's of some books >> Here << But of course the link for the Dungeoneer's Survival Guide doesn't seem to be working for me.  

Multiclassing would be in the PHb or UA anyway not in the Dungeoneers survival guide.  I grabbeed a watermarked pdf of it off drivethrurpg.
