Question? Why would the ring of blinking be half priced?  I thought only arm and armor where half priced?  If it is is thethere anything else that's half price?

Damn you know your game! If I could afford a true ring of Blinking I would, but then I wouldn't have money for anything else. I figured, after battling ghosts in the last quest, Lugar would begin asking the experts and hopefully hear about a magic item that could bounce him between the different planes. It would be 'perfect' for a rogue like him to use in a fight. Something that allows him to strike from nowhere at vital spots on his opponents and allow him to reach out and attack those pesky evil spirits. Lugar didn't like being beaten up by giant statues either, so having the ability to avoid any damage was a big plus. That's my in game reasoning for Lugar searching for a Ring of Blinking.

I would love to try out the daggers, maybe he could buy them at a later stage in-game? The axe was the next best thing for a dwarf, if no one else wanted it.
