[OoC1: Toot's initiative Result is 9.
]
[OoC2: According to Sage Advise (which I know seems to be a bad word around here) Quickdraw feat does not allow you to Quick Sheath. But personally, I don't think it would break the game to allow someone to Quick Sheath. In my game, I house rule that you can use the feat in reverse. Honestly Quickdraw is not that useful of a feat unless you have character who throws weapons. Then it's essential if you want to throw more than one per round (or two if you take the penalties for two weapon fighting.) ]
[OoC3: Can Toot start casting a full round spell during a surprise round? Assuming that he cannot...]
Toot's first instinct is to run for the trap door. But noticing everyone crowding around him reminds the doodid that he happens to be the center of a Circle of Protection. For a split second he thinks, "Fuck'em!" but then he hears Ludgar say, "undead apocalypse continues"
"Craaaaaaap!"
Refusing to be on the front line with Torin, Toot says, "I can't fight in front so I'm moving back!" Toot takes a 5' step (jog) but remains close enough for the circle to cover most of the group. When Boo joins him, Toot will be sure to try to use Boo for as much cover as he can get from his Companion. Then while beseeching Nature, Toot vigorously rubs his hands together and in response one of his open palms suddenly bursts into flames as bright as a torch!
[OoC4: Casting Extended Produce Flame; Duration: 14 minutes; Range: 120 feet; Attack: Ranged Touch; Damage: 1d6+7; No Save Throw.]
[Standard Round]
Toot begins the summoning Process again by chanting to the elemental plane of fire/earth and motioning with his hands, over and over, like he was pulling something toward himself with an invisible rope.
[OoC5: Planning on summoning another Thoqqua to destroy the circle like Ludgar asked.]
