Ooc - The last sentence says unrepentant banditry, not banditry. We need him to lead us to the bandit hideout... we can always kill him later
On a side note, the intimidate skill can be used to interrogate and get people to talk. With a roll of 31 from Vidar, I thought that would get this guy to spill his beans... like Chunk did in the Goonies. Vidar is Chaotic Good and not as concerned with the letter of the law. I'm almost tempted to let him go just so he can tell the world of our mighty deeds this day!
