The first Thoqqua charges.. [Result: 13   I'm sure he didn't hit. ]

The second Thoqqua charges... [Result: Attack 28!, Slam damage: 11, Fire: 5, Total damage: 16 Special attack: Burn*]

The third Thoqqua appears North west of the skeleton north of Torin and Charges at the same skeleton the others are attacking... [Result: Attack 17, Slam attack: 8, Fire: 11, Total damage: 19, Special attack: Burn*, I Doubt he hit.  ] 

[Note: This finally attack will give Silent Giant a +2 Flank bonus.]

*Burn (Ex)
When a thoqqua hits with its slam attack, the opponent must succeed on a DC 12 Reflex save or catch fire. The save DC is Constitution-based. The flame burns for 1d4 rounds if not extinguished sooner. A burning creature can use a full-round action to put out the flame.

Boo continues to attack: 
*Claw 1: Attack 27, Damage: 8
*Claw 2: Attack: 13, Damage: 10
*Bite: Attack: 9, Damage 6

Toot will mutter, "Why the hell is the dwarf with adamantine armor hanging back behind that igit Gnome instead of in front?"  Toot normally wouldn't care if the Gnome got his annoying butt trampled but Toot realized that they needed everyone in this fight.  And though Portho's Suicide attempt might be a surprising battle tactic, it wasn't something Toot wanted to try.

And Toot begins casting another summoning spell.
