Ooc- can the Thoqua charge? That's a +2atk, is it flanking with Boo, another +2atk, don't forget the bard song +1atk & dmg goes for Boo too!

The Thoqqua could charge but if he did then the skeleton north of Porth would get an AoO because you need at least 10' to charge. 

Boo isn't flanking. 

Thank you for reminding me of the bard song for Boo.  Post updated.

I'm not sure if the Thoqqua can benefit from the Bard song.  I thought you had to hear the song to be affected.  Portho stopped singing before the Thoqqua appeared.  The song lingers so maybe but that would be up to the DM.
