Like Bruce Banner whose alter ego, the Hulk, gets activated when he gets angry, Lisa's alter ego gets activated by outside stimuli too. It's just the only person who knew was Jack. He found out from jokingly shocking her.
This isn't some random event that was added at the last minute. Jack's player created him based upon a character he played in my real life game around 20 years ago. In that game he had a Girl friend named Lisa so he started this character with a girl friend also named Lisa. This is a similar story line I had in my real life game and he knew it was coming except the trigger was going to be different. Unfortunately Jack's player is not with us any more so I am writing them both out of the game. But rather than just having them disappear I figure this would be more Marvel-like.
Except that, in character, we don't know that, so for a second, it looked like Jack turned on Lisa, and then she turned into Not-Lisa and he looked smug, which means he knew that would happen... Which we can draw our own conclusions about his motives on.
Yes that's true. But Johnny Blair had posted,
"Exactly what the crap happened while I was away today? I go from a manageable situation, to Jack turning on Lisa and...doing what exactly?" and I thought that he might have thought that the sudden twist was something I just at the last minute pulled out of my ass. So I was explaining to him that this had been part of Jack's story since he created this version of Jack back when I created this game in 2007. Jack recreated the exact same character and background from 20 years ago, wanting Lisa to manifest her power like she did when he played his original character. I had started this 'story line' recently but when IRL Jack's player lost the plot, he had to be removed from my games. So rather than throw out what I had already started, I decided to continue with the story but with (likely) a different outcome.

Just a reminder that it's only the front of the house that's now clear. Players on top or beside the house can't see what's going on inside. They will first have to move to the front of the house and deal with the wet ice that Porsche created. Porsche may want to think about removing the ice because for the moment it seems to be more of a hindrance to the players than to Jack.

Ok, no problem
