The First Mission - (Chapter 1)
---Everyone---

Within a few minutes, everyone was ready to move out in some fashion or other.

(DM - You can walk back to the ATV.  You can fly back.  You try to sneak out of the town.  Whatever you're trying, post it up.  Obviously some of you might want to hang low until Aaron makes his way to the ATV and drives back to pick you all up. However you want to do it, Post up.)
Viego waits for orders, he wants to fly of course and that translates to nervous energy.  "I am happy to move ahead of everyone to go get the ATV and have them come pick us up if you think that would be a good idea Sarge?" The way he says it gives off obvious puppy, or a boy with a new toy who wants to play vibes.
They've been sitting pretty in the truck this whole time. A little effort on their part won't kill em. Aaron joked as he put a finger to his ear comm. V can get a bird's eye view to give them directions to our building if he has energy to burn.

The comms crackled to life as Aaron sent a team-wide broadcast. Aaron to ATV. Town hall has been secured, need the truck and gear brought here. Civvies are a bit...disoriented right now, so try not to run anyone over. We'll bring you up to speed once you arrive.
---Everyone---

After only a few moments everyone could hear a bit of commotion from the direction of the gates.  A few cheers from the towns folk mixed in with the rumble that was the unmistakable sound of the Aaron's ATV.

The ATV pulled up outside the town hall and the side door opened.  The dogboys ran out and created a perimeter around the ATV.

Lyn stepped out and smiled, "You boys need a ride?"
Marcus smiled at the sight of Lyn, "I thought you'd never ask..."

Lyn glared at Marcus but kept her smile.  It gave the odd impression that she was sizing up a particularly savory meal.  An expression that would usually send most normal people into a fit of terror considering the appetites of Psi-stalkers. But Marcus was obviously not quite normal so he never lost his smile. "Don't be lude."  She threw a water bottle at him which he deftly caught.

She then tossed anyone else who needed a drink a water as well.
Viego rolled his eyes at the exchange. He took an offered water bottle, and grunted out. "Why would he stop now?  We picked up some strays by the way."
Aaron raised an eyebrow. Hope you two agreed on a safe-word. He quietly dead-panned to his brother, taking a swig of water before stowing the bottle away. Time to suit up.
Tiburon simply waved his hand to decline the water. He couldn't help but chuckle at the banter between Marcus and Lyn. He didn't know if they were a thing or if Marcus was simply flirting. He looked at Marcus laughed. PSI-Stalker huh? Dam bro you like to live dangerously. He taped Marcus on the shoulder with a smile. I can respect that.

Tiburon saw the dog boys around the ATV and heard the offer for a ride. Any chance you're going by a base? I'm sure my superiors are wondering if I'm dead or alive. I should probably report in.

The Lt nods and motions everyone to load up.  He glances at Tiburon. "Your superiors believed you were dead or captured. We are the rescue team, so both you and Cord have effectively reported in when we retrieved you.  You are both under my command until we get you back to base for debriefing.  Your assignments after that are above my paygrade."

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
