---Khayman and Nolan---

Nolan successfully gets Khayman's attention and conveys that he would like to speak to the sergeant without anyone in the vicinity seeming to suspect anything strange.  As far as either men can tell, no one notices them moving to speak to each other.  Nolan is fairly positive no one is trying to overhear his conversation as well.
Approaching the Lieutenant, he gave the man a slight nod of his head to acknowledge him, but remained silent as the others about them drifted off leaving the two of them alone.
Nolan starts out with assuming they are being heard, at least until the group is further away from them. He continues to ignore the psistalkers, not caring if they overhear, as his warning will be to them as well.

"Sergeant, I still have a few questions regarding your pupils training..."

As the High Command gets further.

"You obviously care about them, and super soldiers or not, they are political babes in swaddling. There is more at play here than either of us know, but there is certainly a game afoot. It is very odd for the Emperor to keep such a project secret from his son, and the mere fact that I was sent gives me pause."

"There are other agendas here than the Emperors. Keep your eyes and ears open."

"I have never seen the Empereor show such affection for his son, that alone might ruffle a feather."

His warning delivered, Nolan follows the others before he is missed.
Listening, he didn't say a word as the man made to follow the others, instead, he internalized his voice, *You don't raise children from infants to be ordinary soldiers,*  he made to follow, but his steps were lethargic, *You create weapons, pure and fucking simple.*

He knew the boys abilities for the most part, Marcus's incredible strength, Aaron analytical mind, and Veigo's vast store of elemental energy. He knew that the Emperor was grooming them for the next phase of his war plans, and he figured these three boys were just the beginning, how many other facilities in the region controlled by Prosek harbored genetic nightmares.
---Khayman---

A couple of things occur to Khayman as the thought passed over him.  One, genetic experimentation is against Coalition Law, though it obviously leaves out such experimentation by the government.  For the emperor to show this much favor to three boys … there were not hundreds of such facilities.  The man and his high command were personally overseeing this project.  If there were more like it … there wouldn't nearly be the personal touch that's being shown here.

Though a good way to find out, would be asking that Intelligence officer.  If he was here to evaluate the boys, then it would stand to reason that he would have been sent to evaluate others in other locations … if they exist.

---Everyone---

Everyone strolls into the officers quarters to find snacks and drinks waiting for them along with a large graduation cake.  Servers are present and start serving cake and taking orders for Whiskey and Cola's or Beer … or just Whiskey.

After cake and drinks have been served, Everyone begins to mingle and relax.

(DM - Everyone roll three things as you chill,  Perception to hear anything odd or spot anyone behaving oddly.  Intelligence if you have it and are trying to actively Gather Information. If any of you looking for more, you will need to actively approach and speak with them.)
Perception: 1d100= 55
Intelligence: 1d100 =63
Etiquette: 1d100 =35

The Sergeant remained quiet unless spoken to while sipping his whiskey. He showed respect to those who out ranked him, which just went to show that he knew when to be civil and when to go to war. After some thought, he came to the conclusion that this facility was more then likely the only one of it's kind, though he still didn't trust the Emperor or his flunkies. Absolute power corrupts, but when it came down to it, it didn't matter. Marcus, Aaron, and Veigo were his only concerns and after training and getting to know the boys over the past eight years, he was pretty sure he would kill anyone who fucked with these boys.
Perception [1d100]=97 vs 69%
Intelligence [1d100]=75 vs. 58%
Military Etiquette [1d100]=91 vs. 58%

"Oh wow, this is good cake."

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
