Normal cover adds +4 AC except it is an improved cover but the humanoid has dodged Eva's attack 24 so he has at least AC21, hasn't he?
Has he dodged it or the arrow bounced off his armor? Has he an armor? Or his dodge was a DR/Magic in fact? But in this case it was a hit not a dodge I think.]

[OoC:  I can't really go into all the class or racial bonuses nor reveal his exact AC but he does have a huge Armor Class.  He also had cover bonuses that boosted his AC too.  I could have said it was his cover that blocked your shot but I chose to go with dodge because if it weren't for his 'dodge' you would have hit him.  He doesn't seem to be wearing any armor but that doesn't mean he doesn't have natural armor.  Like I said, this guy is the boss of this area.  This dude is no joke.  ]

[I had to go go back an edit the humanoid's actions.  Cyn's critical literally blew off half his face!  In this case, he's going to rip her a new one. [or try to.    ]

E10 delays expecting the humanoid to step in to attack Eva.  Unfortunately he's mistaken.  It was not Eva who nearly blew off half his face, nor was it she who melted the other side.  That was Cyn and Reawyn!  Both would have to suffer but especially Cyn!  [Maybe... Depending on his rolls.   ]

The humanoid takes a 5' step toward Cyn and starts a flurry of slashes and slams...

Attack: [1d20+7]=3+7=10, Damage: [1d6+4]=2+4=6; He misses. 
Attack: [1d20+7]=8+7=15, Damage: [1d6+4]=5+4=9; And misses
Slam: [1d20+2]=1+2=3, Damage: [1d6+2]=2+2=4; And he stumbles and misses 
Attack: [1d20+2]=14+2=16, Damage: [1d6+2]=1+2=3; And misses AGAIN! 

The humanoid repeatedly slashes at and punches (slam attacks) at Cyn but the nimble gunslinger frustratingly ducks, dodges and spins away from his flurry of attacks!

[Now Cyn and Gurkagh's can go.  Then it's Reawyn and Eva's turns.]

Cyn swings at the humanoid with her cestus...

Attack: [1d20+2]=2+2=4, Damage: [1d4]=4; And safely say that's a miss.

Cyn laughs while she ducks, dodges and spins away from the humanoid's attacks.  "C'mon, Ugly!  You have to do better than that!"

She then takes a step back [D-9] then attempts to blow a hole in the other side of his face!

Attack: [1d20+8]=10+8=18, [1d8]=5

She then reloads.

[[I made a mistake with my last critical which will change the GM's actions.  I forgot the pistol has a x4 critical!

17 (previous damage) +11 = 28 possible damage!   ]

[E.S.S.A.C.C.U.S-10]

E.S.S.A.C.C.U.S-10 will move to G6 to set up possible flanking with cin and attacks with his Dang Bongs. To get a bonus to hit he will trigger his nantes (+4 bonus to a d20 roll), then he starts to glow blue as he atte0mpts to pull a stunning fist attack with his Dang Bong.
MW Wyroot DanBong Attack = [1d20+3]=8+3=11 +4 (Nanites)=15 (stunning Fist).
Dan Bong Damage = [1d6+2]=1+2=3
(DC 10 Fortitude Save vs the stun)

E10 runs past the humanoid and it takes an swipe (AoO) at him...

AoO: [1d20+7]=10+7=17, Damage: [1d6+4]=3+4=7

And stabs E10 in the gut.  The humanoid grins as the android staggers backwards and then falls to the ground.  His blood spilling out onto the floor.  [E10 is unconscious again.   ] 

[OoC: I will let E10 roll an acrobatics check to try to tumble past him to avoid the AoO.  It's a DC:24 to succeed. ]

E10 tries to flip past the humanoid but gets stabbed half way though the tumble.  The monk crashes to the ground in a heap.  

Cyn then steps back, points her gun at the creature's face and fires off another bullet.  It's head snaps back again but this time the creature levels its eyes at the gunslinger and spits the bullet back at her.  [0 Damage]  

[OoC: It's Gurkagh's turn.  Then Reawyn and Eva. ]

Gurkagh will step up to D8, grabs the chair and sweeps irt across at the creature.

Crit Confirm [1d20+3]=13+3=16
Assuming he did not confirm the crit.. 8 damage as the creature is struck by Gurkagh wielding the chair.
