Looking closely at the chest and with a quick consult with Melville, Bazz can identify that it is most likely under the effects of an Arcane Lock.

[OoC Melville does not have knock unfortunately.  He has wizard lock.]

Testing it, Bazz realizes that it appears that the chest has been adhered to the floor of the ship via some means. [[Anyone can give me an investigation or arcana check to identify what is causing this effect]]

Investigation: [1d20+4]=11+4=15, Arcana: [1d20+4]=6+4=10; didn't know if we could roll both or not.  Doesn't matter since my 1st roll is better than my second.
