OoC thread
Without anything being ID'd we have no idea of the value. So for now just split it up by usability.. then when we get things ID'd people can decide if they will keep items and buy them out of their share. No point in splitting things up by value until they HAVE a value. When we do divide the treasure I voite we just split it via the most simple stem (divided by the party size) and not worry about who joined when. Just makes things more complex without need. And last time we divided treasure was after the kobolds joned anyway. And yes, Tomreal is a party member.

Agreed. Why make a new PC worse by denying them based on "seniority"?

Quote this message in a reply
Ningalu will be interested in the Illusion and Enchantment wands as they are likely on his spell list

he already has two healing potions so says he does not want thos

the cloak - faint abjuration is probably a cloak of protection and if so he will want it (even willing to wear it unidentified)

Once he regains his normal form Nang might want the bracers oif they are bracers of armor.. since he doesn't wear armor. Or the amulet (transmutation) if it is an amulet of natural armour

if the gauntlets grant either Strength or Dexterity they are a interesting item for Ning.. again he is willing to wwear them to test them

The kobolds are type dragon not hmanoid so cannot benefit from potions of enlarge person or reduce person

Tomeal is a fighter, and Selina already has heavy armor, so she would insist that he get the half-plate unless he prefers something else. The transmutation amulet, on the other hand, might be a bonus to Strength or natural armor, and Selina would love to have something like that.

Also, Selina may not have a very good chance of casting Continual Flame from the scroll. Her UMD isn't great and is likely worse than Betimi's, to say nothing of a warrior like Tomeal.

scroll of continual flame??? there is no scroll of continual flame... the cameo with the coninual flame might as well go to Selina or tomreal.. Betimi has darkvision as do both kobolds.. the do not want continual flame.. it messes with their ability to see.

As for the armour, either way works, just depends on Tomreal's preference
the potions need to be split up and we need to experiment with the wands stil.

I guess I misunderstood what a "cameo" is. but if it's a 'carving' how does it free her hand if she has to carry it?

A cameo is a material that is carved with a raised relief that often depicts a profile of a face or a mythical scene. Cameos are commonly made out of shell, coral, stone, lava, or glass.

This Cameo happens be a necklace and has a cover that can be opened to allow the light from the continual flame to shine.  It does not take up a magic item slot.

Csmeo is usually the carving that goes inside a locket.. That is what I understood this one to be.

ABOUT US
A gaming group started in late 2005 when several members (from all over the world) came together on a long-running forum website called Plothook.net (formally known as Highmoon.net). Several games transformed from a by-the-book format to highly modified versions that became new hybrid systems with completely custom rules and abilities. Ten years later, these faithful players wanted to secure their work and their stories, becoming the basis of these forums.
