Pf Portho is not in the shaft yet he quickly tries to move forward into the shaft
[OoC sorry didn't have any ability to help with the finding a way upand suddenly events jumped forward abruptly.]

Lugar was about to ask what that horrible wailing was when he spotted the door shutting them in. He did not like the idea of being trapped with only one way to go... Up, he preferred down whenever possible. "The door is closing!" He yells in a deep voice that sounds like a long horn bellows.
He was about to rush over and try to hold the iron door but remembers the anti magic field... "Curses!" Frantically he searches for a large solid stone to toss under the door and keeping it from shutting completely ... If one of the little gnome fellows could crawl under, there would still be a way out, he thinks.
- 1st action: look for stone and toss under the door AC 5 to hit a spot correct?
- 2nd action: assist anyone in their endeavors, like tie the bear and toss up the rope to anyone up the shaft already ( he's still enlarged so he can lift the Boo most of the way)
- 3rd action: once everyone is up the shaft, or made another decision, he will grab the rope while he's enlarged then deactivate the ability, giving him some height to climb up the rest of the way.

AFAIK Portho was on Giant's shoulder all the way up so he's pretty much deafened as well... BTW can't he detect (magic) traps?
Lugar is quite sure he won't find any loose stones large enough... except twenty feet underwater, in the company of a certain construct that does not need to breathe, giving it quite some advantage underwater.

AS Portho is being carried up the shaft by Silent Giant, he looks over at his shoulder at the gnome-hating gnome.
"Both Torin and I move with total silence for several more hours yet, but I have little other magic remaining today, and no ability to detect traps."

1st round - Giant has to risk so he opens the trapdoor if he can (full round action?). If he succeeds and he is still alive he looks around.
2nd round - He climbs up (?)

]Toot would rather not cast stone shape if his calculations of how big a shaft it would make were correct. Toot had no doubt that he could push Boo to get into the shaft but it would be a real struggle for him to squeeze through something so narrow. So that left his other plan. Toot was already wet so it wasn't a lie that sitting around in a cold, damp, cellar was giving him the chills. So he pulls out his blanket and wraps it around himself like he's a mummy. Not even his eyes can been seen under the thick cloth. Toot then hunches over to mask his shape under the fabric and attempts to slip through the field to reach the other side without detection. He takes care to make sure both Portho and Torin are distracted. Distraction could mean Portho examining the Trap Door; or lifting people onto Torin's shoulders; or the Golem; or whatever.

[OoC Porth being carried up the shaft by SG who seems intent on opening the trapdoor before even Lugar can have a look is probably plenty of a distraction.]
