Gedeon glances down at Saleem as he fell, then nods to Johnny. "Thanks. I have a thing against killing morons." Considering the wicked looking sword that her arm is turned into, killing him seems entirely possible, and yet, she didn't leave a scratch on him.

She turns back to the fight, focusing on her next target. Trevor. That one is going to be harder, since she had to get his attention first. But oh well.

"Hey! Pay attention to me." She wades in, coming at Trevor with more aggression than she showed Saleem, though she uses the flat of her blade. It should be fairly obvious, to at least Johnny, if not others, that she's mostly trying to distract Trevor so someone else can come up with a less lethal way to immobilize him. Luckily, that sword of hers is pretty damn distracting.

Slugfest - Fighting Remarkable [1d100] = 46
Green Result - Hit with Excellent (16) damage, Blunt
[OoC: , in most cases you don't need to make a roll to pick up a willing target unless they were heavier than your power rank. Unless Samba put on a few pounds then I think you're ok. [emoji14] ]

[OOC: I was going to mention the 'weight' thing but didn't want a Heat Slap from Samba]
Johnny is little shocked at his Girl Friends sudden transformation but he keeps on Sheilding (Sheilding Maneuver -2cs to attack) her from any attacks.  He hears then Gedeon call out to Ballista so he takes the hint and takes aim at his confused friend.  Unfortunately his luck runs out and he misses. [White even without the -2cs  Sad Ima going to have to work on my Typical Agility.]
[OoC: I just wanted to remind everyone that I'm usually limiting Maximum damage against other teens to Good 10.  Some exceptions are, a Special attack or a BBEG like Magneto needing to lay the smack down.  Also if you have Body resistance, Iron Skin, Energy Sheath or one of the other various resistances, you may be hit a bit harder than people without the protection.  I will be fair and not have every attack penetrate your protection or there would be no point in having resistances.  For example, the blob was hit hard by Samba's heat, so it used it's special attack (that it can't use every round) to wallop her back.  But she also took no damage from the fall out the window.  When Ballista blasted Static, I said he blew the wall out but Static wouldn't have taken more than 10 damage.

I'm doing this so you teens aren't taken out too quickly.  There are special attacks like stunning that can't be avoided but I am thinking of a way to lower the duration so it doesn't take people out so long.  If Saleem were a player, it would have really sucked if he were out of combat for 10 turns.  So I will figure something out for those types of powers.  Maybe 1d6 minus the 10's digit of endurance (min 1 turn).  So if your Endurance is RM 30 and I roll a 5 then you would be stunned for 5-3=2 turns.]

[OoC: Also they have no rules for changing the type of damage you can do with a weapon.  For example, Wolverine never tries to hit targets with the side of his claws.  In D&D an improvised weapon gives a penalty of -4 (-20%) to hit and does less damage (1d4) which I think is too much.  So I think giving a penalty of -2cs is enough when trying to use a weapon in a way it wasn't originally intended.

So when applying the above rules the -2cs to Gedeon's attack, she still hits, but just barely and unless Gedeon is saying she would like to do a special maneuver (Which should be limited to desperate or dramatic situations) her damage is limited to Good 10.

I hope this all sounds fair.]

[Anyways...]

Gedeon runs over and smacks Trevor with the blunt of her blade.  He cries out with pain.  Then Interface tries to stun him but he misses.

While Malcolm effortlessly lifts Samba up to the window and inside the Dorm Room, Jack goes and checks on Saleem who just drools a bit.

11 Saleem [Stunned 9 rounds]
10 Donya
8 Antlion
8 Creature: 20 damage
6 Ballista: 10 damage
6 Gedeon
6 Interface
6 Malcolm
5 Static: 6+6+10 = 22damage
4 Spectrum: 12 damage and Stunned for 1 more round
3 Aurum: 10 damage + 2 healing=8 damage
3 Graffiti
2 Brittany: 16 damage+10 damage=26
1 Samba: 14 damage

[It's now Aurum, Graffiti, Britany, Samba, and Donya's turns.]
Aurum rolls her shoulder back to stretch, then pops her neck. "That's better. I missed this." Her voice sounds strange. Her own voice is there, but another is overlapping it, in perfect sync. Regarding the forcefield holding the creature, she reaches out a hand toward it. Shadows begin crawling from the corners of the hall to slip under the forcefield created by Graffiti and covering the floor of her dome.

(OOC: Spending at least 10 Karma (or more) to get a minimum of a Green Result.)
Shadowshaping [1d100] = 68
Brittany decides she had better defend herself before Antlion really hurts her. The air around her begins to whip around at gale force to help deflect away anymore attacks. She siphons off a thread of that wind and directs it back at her opponent to knock him off his feet.

Graffiti orders her ninja to attack to subdue Antlion.  The Ninja bows then runs over and tries to swat the little guy. [That hits even with the -2cs for his small size]  [Damage will be Good 10]  She will then look through her phone for another picture.  Suddenly a Net appears above Trevor and falls on top of him. [I believe an 87 hits unless I need a certain color]  "Sorry Ben and Trevor.  You both aren't in your right mind right now.  You have to be stopped!"
Aurum's shadows billows around the edge of where the energy dome touches the floor and soon reaches underneath and strikes at the blob which does seem to cause it some damage.

The ninja then smacks Antlion for Good 10 damage but because of his small size the damage is increased by +2cs to Remarkable 30 but his Body resistance then lowers that down to 0 damage.  To which Antlion just laughs, "Nice try bitch!  You're gonna have to do better then that!!"

The net Graffiti creates hits it's mark and falls upon Trevor and entangling him inside it's threads.  "You don't really expect this to hold me do you," he asks while fighting with the net.  "I'll have this off in seconds!!"

Brittany creates winds around her in the hopes it will slow down any attacker and then tries to fire a blast of air at Antlion but he easily dodges her attack.

[OoC: According to Air Control, you can create winds that protect you from 'physical missile attacks' such as Arrows, throwing knives, bullets ect but not energy blast.  It might work against Antlion if he leaped at you but wouldn't work if he just walked up and punched you.  Even though he's small, he still weighs the same as when he's his normal size.  Wanting an air shield that can protect you more would require a power stunt.]

Samba is Delaying....

Then suddenly all of you 'hear', ~STOP~ within your minds.  All the teens who initiated attacks upon their classmates suddenly cease moving and just stand frozen like statues.  When you look around to see where the thoughts are coming from, you all see a large Ape cuddling the Professor in her arms against its chest.  "What is going on here," he asks everyone.

[OoC: Professor X's Unearthly Telepathy is so powerful that in order for someone to even try to resist him, they would need at least around Incredible Psyche.  Of all the teens present only 'Gold' Aurum (not the current 'Dark' Aurum) would have a chance to resist.]

The creature acidic body begins oozing through the floor...

[It's Gedeon, Interface, Malcolm, and Static's turns.  Samba is delaying so can jump in any time she wants.]
Gedoen halts, not even trying to resist. She turns her head toward the Professor, without taking a wary eye off Trevor. "Great. But could someone do something about that thing before explanations happen?" She points at the acidic blob that is hissing under the forcefield.
