RPG Addicts | We Know You're Hooked

I am only vaguely familiar with the Rifts system.  So most of us will be learning it together.  So granted there are no house rules yet, but as we play, when we decide to make a change to the core rules systems, we will post that here.

Additional Character Level Bonuses

- Attributes gain +5 bonus points, but no more than +2 points can be spent in any single attribute.

- Hitpoint, SDC and MDC or any other rng checks Always take half, if you roll below the average point.
